Sharing Content in a meeting in Teams

If you are using Teams on the web, you'll only in your meeting controls. Then, choose to present your entire desktop, a window or a PowerPoint file.

Select the Share icon from the navigation panel in Teams.
Select either the desktop or window you wish to share.
When you have finished sharing the screen, select Stop sharing from the navigation panel.
