Pins allow you to maximize or prioritize specific users on your screen, allowing you to view their content if they are presenting to the class or if you need to see their webcam.
To Pin a view:

Select Show participants from the navigation panel
Select the 3 dots to the right of the participant or view in the meeting and choose Pin from the dropdown menu

Repeat the steps above but select Unpin
