National Security Language Initiative for Youth: The U.S. Department of State’s NSLI-Y program is part of a U.S. government initiative to foster international cooperation by ensuring that Americans have the linguistic skills and cultural knowledge necessary to effectively communicate. Paideia Institute: The Paideia Institute currently operates six independent programs in Europe. Proyecto Lingüístico Francisco Marroquín: offers a one-on-one total immersion program which is focused on conversation, comprehension, and writing. The manner of instruction is flexible depending on the demands of each student or university. The school uses teaching-learning methodologies, techniques, and various materials appropriate to the student. The Distance Learning Program(Skype) offers you the magnificent opportunity to study and learn Spanish from the comfort of your own home, office, or any place that has access to the internet. The Summer Institute for the Languages of the Muslim World (SILMW) at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign (UIUC): opens its doors to motivated high school students for a 2-week intensive Elementary Arabic course. This is an introductory course in Modern Standard Arabic for high school students with limited or no prior knowledge of the Arabic language. The Arabic language is one of the emerging must-have languages in an increasingly global world.  This summer, high school students can earn 2 college credits in just 2 weeks by taking part in our intensive Modern Arabic Language Program.  Click here for more information.

World Learning: The U.S. Youth Ambassadors Program is a 3-week leadership exchange abroad for U.S. teenagers ages 15-17 and adult educators.
