At this time, teachers need job-embedded, just-in-time support to thrive in their "new norm" for teaching. Every day is another challenge or another level to tackle. We customize a web-based Virtual Support Center offering synchronous and asynchronous support:

• Short, targeted PD sessions (a list of some of our more popular options; we can design a workshop on any topic)

• Coaching sessions with a consultant to design materials, tackle challenges, and extend learning

• Custom-designed resources based on teachers' needs

• Asynchronous QRS (Questions, Requests, and Solutions) for continuous support

• Asynchronous topical chats for educators to engage with one another and consultants

• Synchronous discussion groups with educators from across our client schools
