Teachers within the school district participated in a professional development session on culturally responsive teaching. Teachers were given a perception survey prior to the session, an evaluation after the session with the next steps, and had a follow-up survey a few weeks later. The data will detail the implementation of structures and strategies gained from the session and how it informed and changed previous instructional practices.
