PICK UP AND DROP OFF BY CAR

If you wish to obtain the Parent's Vehicle Entry Pass for pick-up or drop-off purposes, please complete the application form at your earliest convenience. 

We've summarized the key points for all pass holders below. For more detailed information, please refer to the application form.

1. Registered parent vehicles are entitled to 3 sets of 45-Minute free entry sessions per school day (within Monday to Friday, 07:30–18:00).

2. If a parent’s vehicle enters the estate more than the above three free sessions and/ or exceeds 45 minutes will be charged HK$50 per hour.

3. Please be informed that all parent’s vehicles are not allowed to park inside the estate and advised to park their vehicles at covered Carpark at Town Centre or taking public transportation to school during the events. All parent’s vehicles must not park outside house entrance or any locations that endanger road users if failure to do so is liable to be impounded without notifications.

4. For parents using taxis, Uber and other unregistered vehicles to visit the school, please inform the school at 3955 3000 as soon as you know the taxi or Uber’s license plate number.

Additionally, starting from the academic year 2025, we kindly request all HLY Resident Pass holders to provide their vehicle registration number as part of the application process. Your cooperation is essential to maintaining a secure environment and ensuring effective traffic control within our community.
