This term we are focusing on being ENGAGED learners which links to our SEAL theme going for goals.

Week 1 - we focused on 'going for goals' as we listened to the story of Saminda in assembly.

Week 2 - we thought about how to set realistic goals. In assembly, the Milner building had a visit from Pete. We all thought about this in the context of learning to count in French.

Week 3 - the focus was on having a Growth Mindset; the inspiration was the musical 'Fantastically GREAT women who changed the world.

Week 4 - we focused on the learning pit as a way to support us in understanding the process of learning. 

Week 5 - we focused on PERSEVERENCE.

Week 6 - everyone considered how to be even better learners by managing distractions.

THIS WEEK - we are considering what it may mean to be an AMBITIOUS LEARNER.
