Reflection within Microsoft Teams.

Microsoft Teams has the 'Reflect' feature, which enables learners to 'record' by expressing how they feel.

This could be done at the beginning of the day and allow the learners to encourage their class teacher to say how they feel that day, and allow them to talk to that child at a time that is convenient.

Reflection settings can be set so that not all learners can see their peers' reactions, this enables learners to let the class teacher know how they feel, safe in the comfort of knowing their peers won't know.
