Star of the week
Nala - Nala is always very caring and open minded. This week she understood the religious needs of a few members of her class and communicated to her mum that her birthday sweets for some children in the class needed to be halal.
Finnley - Finnely has been a risk taker this week, he is applying is knowledge of phonics to push himself when writing. Finnley is an independent learner, applying the sounds taught to apply them in his own sentences. He then chooses to continue his learning within the provision to write more sentences about his interests.
Star of the week
Jax - Jax has been an incredible Thinker this week as well as a Risk-Taker. He can find writing quite difficult but has shown resilience in his learning and challenged himself to write about various animals. We are immensely proud of him!
Hugo - Hugo has been a Caring and Principled learner this week. Whilst he has had a broken arm, he still used his knowledge in PE to support the teacher in organising groups and giving his friends verbal advice on their movements. Well done Hugo!

James - James has been a great communicator this week by sharing his ideas to the whole class and showing he can be knowledgeable by explaining how to subtract a 1 digit number from a 2 digit number, using the part whole method.
Ella - Whilst completing her Inquiry learning, Ella has engaged well whilst learning about different religions. She has been able to retell events linked to Judaism, showing how knowledgeable she can be. As well as this, Ella has been a great thinker this week by asking and answering a range of questions linked to her learning, which has helped her develop her knowledge further. Well done Ella.

Margaret - For being an amazing learner this week! She has been resilient in her Maths work when adding two three digit numbers together with exchange over 10 and 100. She has reflected on her mistakes and tried to independently correct them. Well done Margaret.
Skyela - For positively applying herself in her learning and taking risks. She has been make great efforts to improve her independence and problem solving skills in Maths and general day to day activities.

Annebelle - Annebelle has been a balanced learner in our secondary PE sessions and has been able to apply skills across a range of actiities. Annebelle was able to reflect on her work to say the positives as well as recognising things that could be improved.
Rosie - Rosie has been a knowledgeable communicator across all lessons this week. Rosie is able to share her views and understanding of the work she has completed. Rosie is also able to be a good friend when self assessing the work of others so they recognise areas to work on.

Daisy - Daisy has really pushed herself to be an independent learner this week and has shown great resilience with her maths work when recognising equivalent fractions. We are incredibly proud of her! Well done Daisy.
Pearl - Pearl has been an amazing independent learner this week and she has been a real risktaker while learning about fractions, Well Done Pearl!

Frankie - Has continued to show a fantastic attitude towards in all aspects of his learning; he wants to learn as much as he can and he is keen to impress his teachers.
Amelia - For being a risk- taker in her maths learning and being resilient to ensure she succeeds.
