Who am I?
Where do I come from?
Why am I here?
Where am I going?
Spend time reflecting on what you know about yourself.
values - what matters to you? what do you care about?
interests - what do you like? dislike?
strengths - what are you good at?
personality - who are you and how do you operate?
ambitions - what do you want out of life and who do you want to become?
How do these pieces align with your dream future?
How might it help you choose a fulfilling career?
Compatibility Surveys available from the Match Results list
industry trends - what industries are prospering in the location you want to live? what are some of the standards you need to follow?
occupations - what occupations are of interest to you? will they meet the goals you have for your lifestyle? (e.g. is pay high enough for you to travel if that's important to you?)
educational paths - what kind of schooling are you interested in pursuing? what kind of schooling might you need to pursue an occupation of interest?
work environments - what kind of environment is important to you? (e.g. quiet/talkative, collaborative/independent, indoor/outdoor, etc.)
career ladders - where are you interested in ending up? where might you start to get there?
After completing the Who Am I surveys, you will be provided with match results. From there, you can take compatibility quizzes to see if you might be interested in that occupation based on the tasks or duties.
Explore occupations using myBlueprint. The occupation feature links you to profiles. In the profile, there are connections to all Canadian post-secondary programs you might consider to get into those occupations.
Explore the post-secondary options available to you in apprenticeship, college, and university.

Reflect. Based on what you know about yourself and the options available to you, what occupation might be a great first step?
Set some goals. What do you need to move toward your dream future? How will you do this? Wen will you do this?
Prioritize tasks. What is most important for you to do now? What is more long-term and can wait?
Ask yourself if it's realistic. Are your goals ones that you can actually do and achieve? If not, what do you need to change?
