Overview
Graphic design is the process of visual communication and problem-solving through the use of typography, photography, iconography and illustration. The main purpose here is to make you able to use the graphic design tools and techniques in a professional way. In this course you will learn through hands-on training and demonstration from the Instructor how to utilize the different tools and features available in Adobe Illustrator CC to maximize your creative potential. Students will be given challenging real world projects and assignments typical of the graphic design industry. High quality work is expected and students will be given opportunities to redo work until it meets standards specified during instruction. Classroom activities will include reading, research, projects, and problem solving. Students will often work in teams, but will be expected to complete individual assignments in relation to the team & work.
