Where do we want our education (development of education system) to be in five years? What kind of students do we want to develop in this ever-so-changing world?

We live in the most rapidly changing time in all of human history, and the need to teach/prepare/coach students how to think critically and independently has never been greater, but the big question is how do we change our education system? Well, what if we add/supplement the existing system to influence teachers & students to be creativite & critically aware.
