Everyday Words!

 Why not challenge yourself by writing these out to practise your handwriting and to see if you can remember the correct spelling.

Year 1 Vocabulary 



This term, we will be continuing with our focus on the children's vocabulary and 'Expanding Our Vocabulary' every day. This will involve gathering three new words each week relating to our class text and displaying these in each classroom. We will be teaching the spelling and explicit meaning of the words, using them in different contexts, and encouraging children to use these words in their own vocabulary.
