Morning Exams
You must report for testing at 7:30 a.m.
Report directly to your assigned testing room. Your teacher will communicate your testing room to you.
See the schedule for anticipated end time for standard time exams. If you have testing accomodations, your end time will not be the same.
Students may eat lunch after testing.
Students are permitted to check out after their exam if they have completed and turned in the pre-check in/out form.
Afternoon Exams:
You must report at 11:30 a.m. The report time may be adjusted if the morning exam runs late.

It is possible that the test will not end in time to ride the school bus. Please arrange transportation if you ride the bus.
See schedule above for anticipated end times for standard time exams. End times may vary from those listed here. Exams with accomodations will end later.
Make sure you eat lunch during the first half of Pack 60.
Make sure to tell your coach or advisor that you may miss practice/games/meetings, if applicable.

If you have two exams in one day:
Let Dr. England know if you need a lunch from the cafeteria. You will have an opportunity to eat (quickly, ~ 15 minutes) in a designated area between exams. You will be able to charge your Chromebook between exams.
All Exams:
Be ready to go when you arrive. Make sure you have all materials you need for the test and use the restroom. We will begin promptly so that we can finish on time.
Students cannot be dismissed early from the test. All test takers must remain until all tests are collected and counted.
Do not bring your cell phone, smart watch, or headphones.
What to Bring:
Your school issued Chromebook fully charged
Chromebook Charger. There will be power strips for charging Chromebooks IF you have 2 exams in one day.
Several sharpened No. 2 Pencils with erasers (no mechanical pencils)
Pens (dark blue or black ink only)
Calculator (Biology, Calculus, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Statistics, Physics only)- be sure yours meets the requirements. No calculators will be provided.
Physics students may bring a ruler. No protractors allowed.
A watch (not a smartwatch) so you can monitor time
Layers of clothing (It could be 80+ in the library, or it could be 65. It's unpredictable)
Other necessary items: inhaler, tissues, feminine products (keep these on your person or in a small bag (e.g. pencil case) that you keep with you. You won't have access to your backpack during the test.
Water/small snack to be kept in the hallway for breaks
What NOT to Bring:
Test Prep Books/Class Notes/Textbooks/etc - These can not enter the test room at all. Leave them home
Cell Phones/Smartwatches - The official College Board policy is no phones in the testing room. Any cell phones, etc. that make it to the testing room will be turned off, collected and returned to you after all exams have been collected. If you don't want us to take it, don't bring it at all.
Headphones/Airpods
Mechanical Pencils
Anything that makes noise
Anything that covers your head (hoodie, hat)
On test day, you will need to bring your Chromebook and charger with you to the test.
Prior to exam day, you will need to practice with the recording app, to be sure it works properly on your device, and to ensure that you are comfortable using it. Your teacher will also assist with practice.
The College Board requires that all students accept the terms and conditions. You will be asked for confirmation of your agreement to these terms as part of your test on exam day.
Students who have an emergency and are unable to test as scheduled should contact Mrs. Lowe immediately by email. You may not be eligible to reschedule to a future testing date. Exams may be made up in very limited circumstances; a doctor's note will be required for absences missed due to illness. Ultimately, it is College Board's decision regarding make up exams.
Scores will be released online in July following the taking of the test. You can access them through MyAP.
