Tend has a team dedicated to investigating and resolving payment disputes. Payment disputes require extra attention to ensure you are paid for your total hours worked, so please allow for additional time for your payment to be processed.
How to File a Dispute?
If you believe you have been paid an incorrect amount for a shift or if it has been more than 3 business days and you do not see a shift you worked in your job history on the Tend app, please complete the following form: www.tend.help/disputes. Please fill out as much information as possible and a representative will reach out to you regarding next steps.
Tips & Bonuses
Tips and bonuses are processed as separate payments from the job payment. If you earned tips or a bonus, please allow extra time for processing. If it has been more than 5 business days and you have not received an earned tip or bonus, please complete the following form: www.tend.help/disputes.
Please note - it will be clearly indicated in the job description for each shift whether or not tips/bonuses may be earned.
