After downloading the Tend app, complete the following steps to set-up your account:
Verify your mobile device number.
Agree to the Service Professional Agreement.
Input your contact information.
Name
Address
Upload a profile photo (headshot with a light background).
Upload a valid US government issued Identification Document. Note: make sure all required details are clearly visible. Additionally, please submit original documents only.

Passport
State ID
Permanent Resident Card
Employment Authorization Card
How do I set up my direct deposit?
Our third party banking provider, Everee, is featured on our Tend app. After you are approved for your first shift with Tend, you will see a green banner in your app that says "Set up your payment account." You will be prompted to input your contact information, sign and review all tax documentation, and input your preferred banking information in order to get you paid. If you have an I-9 to complete, please ensure you upload your proper IDs for our compliance team to review.
