Everee (United States)
Tend's payment policy is 2-3 business days after completing a shift. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. You are able to track your payments in the Tend app. You will receive an email from Everee notifying you when your payment has been processed. Payments are deposited into your bank account by 5:00PM PST on the day you receive this email from Everee.
When setting up your Everee account, you will be asked to select a payment frequency. Please select the "monthly" option and note that we will process your payment for each shift that you work within 2-3 business days after the shift is completed.
Payments On-Hold:
If it has been over 3 business days and you have not received a payment, your payment may be on hold. If your payment is on hold, Tend was not able to verify your hours and extra time will be required to process your payment.
Potential Reasons your Payment is on Hold:
You did not sign in and/or out on the timesheet onsite.
You did not clock in/out on the Tend app.
Next Steps: The Tend team is constantly reviewing on-hold payments. Please allow for extra time to verify your hours. A representative will reach out to you directly if more information is needed from you.
You were not signed up to work on the Tend app, but you worked the shift anyways.
Next Steps: Please refrain from showing up to shifts that you were not approved to work on the app. If you worked a shift that you were not approved for, please see the Payment Disputes page for next steps.
Pending Payments:
If your payment is listed as 'Pending' in the Tend app, Tend is working on verifying your hours and processing your payment. Please allow for 2-3 business days for your payment to be processed.
Approved Payments:
If your payment is listed as 'Sent' in the Tend app, your hours have been verified and your payment has been sent to your bank account. You will receive an email from Everee on the day your payment is sent to you. Please allow until 5:00PM PST for your Everee transfer to be reflected in your bank account.
Direct Deposit:
Everee is a third party direct deposit platform that Tend uses to make payments. Once you have been approved for your first shift with Tend, an email will be sent from Everee to the email associated with your Tend account. This email includes a link, inviting you to create your Everee account and set up your direct deposit. Tend will not be able to process your payments until you have completed onboarding with Everee.
Onboarding Your Additional Account:
Jobs listed on the Tend app are paid via two separate entities on Everee: Delaware Tender Staffing and Tend Exchange Subsidiary. If you work shifts that are paid through each entity, you will be asked to complete onboarding on Everee twice. You will receive an additional email with instructions if you need to complete onboarding for a second account.
If you have received the email to complete additional onboarding with Everee, please follow the below steps to finish setting up your second Everee account:
Log out of your Everee account on the Everee app (or on your website browser if you are using a desktop computer).
Click on the link in the onboarding e-mail.
Click 'Create an Account,' using the same email and password from your original Everee account.
Follow the instructions to complete onboarding (even though you have already completed these steps for your original Everee account, you will need to enter your personal and direct deposit information again).
You are able to update your bank account information in your Everee account.
Steps to update your banking information:
Log into Everee via the mobile app or a website browser.
Go to 'Direct Deposit' and click 'View Details.'
Click on the bank account that is listed (Do not click ADD unless you want to have your payments sent to two separate accounts).
Once you have clicked on your EXISTING bank account, you will be able to edit your bank account information.
Double check to make sure all of the information for your new bank account is correct.
Hit save!
Tend App:
You are able to locate and track your payments for the shifts you have worked in 'History' tab on the Tend app. Once you have been paid for the shift, your payment will be available for you to view in the app.
Everee:
You can access and download your paystubs for your previous shifts in the Everee app or on Everee.com.
If you are removed from a shift within 24 hours of the shift start, you may be eligible to receive a minimum payment for the inconvenience. Minimum payments are dependent on the state you reside in and the regulations of that state. Minimums are issued to your payment account within 3-5 business days.
If you've reviewed these resources and are in need of additional support, please email tendsupport@everee.com. Please do not email Everee for inquiries relating to payment disputes or missing payments.
