Collaboration between classroom teachers and the librarian to use resources that enhance and expand student learning both in the classroom and independently.

• Professional training through code.org for 7th and 8th grade Computer Science Discoveries curriculum as well as hoe to better implement Digital Literacy curriculum into grades 3 - 6.

Foster a culture of innovation with teachers and learners.

Define the role of the librarian to broaden the understanding of supports that library team can provide to students, staff and the community.

Deepen staff and student understanding of inquiry process to better support work happening in the classroom and how the role of a librarian can help with that.

Promote our model of library leadership within the State of Wisconsin.

Work on becoming Computer Science certified through DPI to better meet the needs of our students and district.
