Students will use the Soldering Techniques and Adobe Illustrator to create faux stained glass windows. The Windows will portray a abstracted self portrait. Students will use color and shape to highlight areas they find most interesting.
Remember to abstract or exagerate certain elements.

Step 1: Bend Wire into place
Step 2: Add small amount of flux to where wire overlaps
Step 3: Apply hot soldering iron to wire where flux is
Step 4: Wait 10 seconds for wire to heat up.
Step 5: Add small amount of solder to where the wire and soldering iron meet.
Step 6: Let solder flow into wire and remove iron.
