Concern categories, the allocation of sanctions and thresholds for behaviour interventions
Student concern points are monitored and when they reach the following stages, specific interventions will be put in place. Students’ behaviour points will be reset (for the purposes of tracking only) on a half-termly basis, so that all students get a fresh start at the start of each new half term.
Behaviour panels are meetings to discuss the behaviour of a student who is causing significant behaviour concern and has reached specific stages in our behaviour process. The panel meetings are attended by the student, a parent/carer and a senior staff and/or school governors, depending on which stage of the behaviour process the student has reached.
