This week we will be doing Lesson 9- Spatial Inequalities in Mexico City. In this lesson, you will learn about the growth of Mexico City as an urban area. You will read about the causes and effects of the city’s rapid growth. You will also learn about the spatial inequality that has resulted from the city’s expansion. We will also be looking at the Explore section of this unit. The explore section will focus on key factors used to analyze economic data. We will use the CIA worldfactbook to help use with this. The work for the week will be to complete the chart on the explore page, one edpuzzle, and a class companion writing assignment completed in class.
