Hitchin Sixth Form Consortium 

Welcome to our Hitchin Consortium Sixth Form Options Site. 

The three schools in Hitchin have worked together for a number of years to provide students with a wide range of A-Level, L3 BTEC and L3 Technical qualifications.

If you are an existing student at HBS, HGS or TPS and wish to continue into sixth form you need to complete your options preference form.  These can be found on your school website or Google classrooms.

If you are an external student wishing to join us you need to complete the external options form for the school you wish to join. That school will be your home school where you will  be based for form time and other activities.

In terms of selecting your options there are a number of subjects that are offered within all three schools. Should you pick one of those subjects the school will seek to place you in a home school class. Should you pick a subject that is offered in two of the three schools you will placed in a class that either best suits your timetable or where there is space.

Each of the three school areas below have an introduction and links to each of the subjects on offer. The ones listed at the top are offered in the school and lower down the page are subjects that are offered within the consortium. Please note that some subjects are joint taught across two or three sites.
