Archive a Test

All tests should be archived at the end of each school year. Each teacher has the ability to archive their own tests. Click the drop down arrow next to the test status (Active or Pending) and select Archive. If a test is ever reused, it should be copied from the archive (Copy an Existing Test) so that it can be associated with new students for the current year. Caution: If a test is used each year without making new copies, the data will merge from year to year! Archiving does not prevent the test from being analyzed, but no other answer documents can be scanned in for this test.

Mass archiving, along with other assessment edits, can now be done for district and campus level assessments. Click here to access the Online Help article on Mass Editing Assessments. Mass archiving may only be available to grade level or department chairs.

Note: Once a test is archived, it can be unarchived by selecting it from the archived section and changing the status to Pending or Active.
