What do I do when my child gets their computer?

• Open the computer, login if necessary, then click on the green chalkboard icon on the dock at the bottom. You should see a google classroom to click on. You will be prompted to join the teacher's classroom. Click "join." This is where all your child's weekly assignments will be, videos to help them, and live meeting links.

How do we sign in if we get signed out?

• Sometimes your child may get signed out. You will be asked for the password to get back in. The password is: krystal and your child's lunch #. No spaces. So for example, if my child's lunch number was 123456 I would type in: krystal123456

What if my child is going to complete work on a device other than the one the school assigns?

If your child is going to use another device, you will need to:

1. Go to google.com

2. Click sign in.

3. Enter their school email: lunch # @ husdstudent.com (no spaces)

4. Enter their password: krystal lunch # (no spaces)

5. Then, click on the 3 x 3 grid (looks like a waffle) and find the Google Classroom icon.
