Registration

1. Students will be working with their middle school counselors to make the best selection of electives and to review the recommended courses for core classes.

2. Woodland High School counselors will be travelling to the middle schools during the dates above to sit with students and register them in person this year. There will be a make-up date at each middle school for students that miss their designated days.

3. Students will be given copies of the completed registration form to bring home and review with parents/guardians. Students will then return a signed copy to the middle school.

4. Once the high school counselors get the courses entered into Infinite Campus, they will send home a course verification sheet for parents/students to once again review. On this sheet, there will be a place to make changes if changes are needed.

5. The last day to make changes to the student's schedule will be May 27th (the last day of school).

**Note: Not all schedule change requests are able to be completed. Your student's high school counselor will be in touch if a change is accepted and made.

The form below will be what students use to sign up for classes for next year. Middle school counselors will be working with them along with their core teachers to make recommendations. They will then finish up this form with their high school counselor.

Any students that got accepted into AAS for next school year will still sit with their WHS counselors to create a full 7 period schedule for next year.

Once AAS sends us the courses that the student will be enrolled in with them, the WHS counselors will adjust the WHS schedule to ensure students are not taking duplicate courses and that all students have the courses they need between the two schedules.

This process will not happen until the end of the semester, so please bare with us as we work to make these adjustments once the schedules from AAS are sent to us.
