Art extension will always be on unless told otherwise so don't always expect it to appear in notices.
Research task
Find an artwork, any genre or medium that 'speaks to you'. We will share your choices over the next few weeks. You might like to choose an art work that is culturally relevant to you. Did it make you go 'wow', did it make you think or question? Did it make you curious to find out about the artist?
Don't forget to personalise your portfolio. Good to have your name, contact number, school and room number on it in case it is accidentally left somewhere.
Leadership positions are being appointed earlier this year so if you think you would like to be a Kākano Mano Visual Art Leader please read the following.

To help realize a vision to make the multicultural nature of the Heaton Community more visible through artworks and exhibitions.
A willingness to research and experiment.
