Vendor requires that orders are submitted for at least 3 months minimum
All POs will be priced at $29.95/month for Prek - 5th grades. This includes 4 courses and Time4Mathfacts. Pricing for 6th - 12th grades is $39.95/month which includes 4 courses and 3 electives. There is a 1 month minimum.
Orders need to be separated by student
Sibling discounts not available when ordering through Heartland
If there is more than 1 student in the family - they need to have the same subscription terms and expiration dates to be linked to the same account otherwise differing emails will need to be provided for the differing accounts
Additional Information
The subscription will start once Time4Learning receives the school Purchase Order. We are not able to submit orders for projected months/subscription.
Students in the same family will need to have the same start and end dates on their subscriptions, unless the family would like to provide different emails for separate accounts*
Heartland cannot accommodate independent requests for Time4MathFacts, but this is includes in a Time4Learning Subscription.
The following information is needed for each order:
Total # of months and start month (keep months quantified)
● Parent first name
● Parent last name
● Parent email address
● Phone number of parent or school phone number if parent information is not permitted.
● Parent password - or one will be created
● Student first name
● Student last name
● Student grade level
● Student password - or one will be created

Step 1: Retrieve Your Parent and Student Login Credentials
Parent and student login credentials were provided with the purchase order. To access them, log into your Time4Learning Parent Login using the email address this email was sent to.
NOTE: If you do not have a Parent Password, use the Forgot Password link to create a new one. Your student login details are displayed inside your Parent Login under Manage Students.Step 2: Understand Your Student Login

Option 1: While not required, most families prefer to set up a specific to-do list of activities for students to complete weekly for their school year. Our Activity Planner makes it simple to create weekly plans that will help keep your students on track and Activity Plans can be easily customized to best suit your student’s needs, Read more about our Activity Planner and decide if this tool is right for your family.
Option 2: If you prefer a less-structured approach, your student can follow the suggested sequence for each subject. You can determine the week days you want specific courses worked on and the time spent on each.
Example:
Monday & Wednesday: 1 hr Math and 1 hr Science;
Tuesday & Thursday: 1 hr Language Arts and 1 hr Social Studies;
Friday: Review
