Bounce Forward is a 10 session universal resilience programme, commissioned by HeadStart, a Big Lottery Funded programme. The aim of this programme is to teach young people about resilience and strategies they can apply to increase their ability to bounce forward in tough times.

The Bounce Forward programme sessions are being delivered in all Year 5 Classes in Blackpool. Sessions are one hour long and are based on the Resilience Framework (Hart, Blincow and Thomas 2007, co-designed with pupils from Marton Primary Resilience Committee)
