What are our “Look Fors”?

Strategic planning committee members used a "Look Fors" worksheet and engaged in provisional writing about the ways they see, hear, experience and feel when we keep our commitments and live by our vision, mission and core values. Groups were then formed (PK-2, 3-5, 6-8, 9-12, and K-12 depts.) and were challenged to organize their thoughts on chart paper to show what it is like when we "walk our talk." The results of this work are shown below.
