Kickoff

Date/Time: Wednesday, March 21 / 9:30 - 10:30

Location: Tennessee Aquarium Conservation Institute (TNACI)

175 Baylor School Rd

Note:  Do not go to the Tennessee Aquarium building downtown.   TNACI is located next to the Baylor School off of Signal Mountain Road.   When you approach the Baylor School campus, you will turn left when you see the sign for TNACI.  You should not go through the Baylor School security gate.  

Final Presentation

Date/Time: Wednesday, May 16 / 2:00 - 2:45

Note: Students should arrive no earlier than 1:30pm.  TNACI does have a hose available for you to demonstrate your rainfall simulator.

• Summary of three approaches to your rainfall simulator concept:

  • "Ford" Approach - basic rainfall simulator concept

  • "Cadillac" Approach - fancier design with special user features 

  • "Lamborghini" Approach - crazy ideas that might just work 

Evidence.  Do one of the following by the deadline:

1. Include me as a "cc" on the email you send to your sponsor

2. Forward me a copy of the email you send to your sponsor

3. Forward me the reply you receive from your sponsor
