All PBL teams and team members must practice their presentation with Mr. Vanzant the week prior to the final presentation.
Develop your presentation using the Design Thinking Cycle as a guide for how to layout your presentation (Empathy, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Test, Repeat, etc.)
As you are developing, ask yourself this question: What does my project sponsor want to see in this presentation? (For example, your project sponsor does not want to hear about how to setup the laser cutter or how many times you had to cut something out of foam board. Instead, highlight how your team implemented the laser cutter in producing a prototype and note significant changes to the design.)Â
Practice your presentation and self-assess using the presentation rubric portion in your project rubric located on your project page
Schedule your practice presentation with Mr. Vanzant (Must be no later than 1 week prior to final presentation and no earlier than 2 weeks before final presentation)
Conduct your practice presentation and receive feedback from Mr. Vanzant (Feel free to practice additionally in front of other teachers, faculty, parents, etc.)
Improve your presentation based on feedback
