Dear Hermosa Valley,

As we step into the 2026–2027 school year, I’m thrilled to be returning for my fourth year as the HVS Athletic

Director here at Hermosa Beach City School District. It has truly been a joy and a privilege to support our

outstanding student-athletes, and I’m excited to continue building on everything we’ve accomplished together.

So much has changed since I first joined this wonderful community, including welcoming my baby girl. I’m

incredibly thankful for the love and support the Hermosa Valley community has shown my family and me. I’m

excited to be back for another year of growing, learning, and making our athletic program even stronger with all of

you.

This year, my focus remains the same: helping our athletes grow not only on the field or court, but also as people.

I’ll continue to lead with the morals and values that have shaped our program since day one:

● Commitment to Excellence – We encourage our athletes to do their best, celebrate hard work, and learn

through every challenge.

● Sportsmanship and Respect – We value kindness, humility, and fairness, both in competition and in

everyday life.

● Integrity and Ethics – Honesty and doing what is right will always be part of our game plan.

● Collaboration and Teamwork – Success is built together, and communication and cooperation are keys to

every win.

● Personal Growth – Whether they’re on the court, on the field, or in the classroom, we support our students

in developing confidence, leadership, and resilience.

Keeping your children safe, supported, and inspired will always be my top priority. I look forward to continuing our

partnership and creating a community where sports serve as a platform for learning, growth, teamwork, and fun.
