Winter Sports are underway with Boys & Girls Basketball and Boys & Girls Soccer. South Bay League games will be played from January 16-February 15, 2024. Information will continue to be updated on this page throughout the game season.

Attention 6th-8th Graders! Are you interested in playing Winter Sports this year? Come to the HVS Athletics Winter Sports Talk with Coach Vasquez on Tuesday, November 14, during Middle School Lunch. He will be stationed at a table outside the Hermosa Valley Gym to talk to you about the Boys & Girls Basketball and Boys & Girls Soccer tryouts happening during the weeks of November 27 and December 4. If students are unable to attend, they can reach out directly to Coach Vasquez at nvasquez@hbcsd.org. Go Dolphins!

Girls Soccer & Girls Basketball Tryouts (Grades 6-8) are happening November 29-30! Prior to tryouts, please complete the Winter Sports - Student Interest Form. Once on the team, please complete the HVS Athletics Forms and submit a signed hard copy of the Concussion Form to Coach Vasquez. Additionally, it is recommended students and parents review the HVS Athletics Handbook.
BoYS SOCCER & BoyS BaSKETBAll
We are currently looking for HVS Winter Sports: Boys Basketball & Boys Soccer Coaches. If you want to apply, please complete the HVS Athletics: Coaching/Volunteer Interest Form 2023-2024. Questions?
