NSE Academic Planning 

NSE is an academic program, and it is important that you understand how the coursework you take at your exchange campus will transfer back to UHM and apply towards your intended degree.

NSE outgoing students are responsible for ensuring that the courses they plan to take on exchange are approved by the appropriate UHM department chairs or designated officials for transfer credits and are applicable to their degree program. To help facilitate this process, we ask all outgoing NSE students to complete a NSE Course Approval Form and submit the completed form to exchange@hawaii.edu.
