Photos Of My VR World:
Day 1. I put my 25 things onto my page.
Day 2. I learned how to make two deer fight. chickens run, squirrels dance, raccoons dance, and t-rexes dance.
Day 3. Made animals do all types of actions and humans holding stuff.
Day 4. Added my reflection and start to add a dance floor.
Day 5. I finished my reflection and added more to my VR world.
Day 6. I added my photos of my VR world and added more characters and vehicles .
Day 7. Added a ladder and more to my reflection, also added a code for a pig and rocket to go up and forward.
Day 8. Recorded my video and uploaded to my website.
Day 9. Finished my reflection and had the actual video uploaded to my website.

Planning Questions
Are you working by yourself or in a team?
By myself.
What materials will you need for your project?
VR headset, Cospaces, iPod, iPad, and Computer.
What is your plan to create in this project?
My plan is to create a Grinch on the moon making animals dance in a little building.
What unique qualities will your project have?
Rocket ships can fly, pigs can float and go forward, and the animals will be dancing in a little building with buses right next to them (deer on top of the buses too).
Using Cospaces, I created a digital world and made a dance floor plus party using VR. Where I made a digital world of animals dancing in a glass type cage with a ball and dance floor. When you hit "Play" they do the same dance move 100 times on repeat. I have two passenger buses that are for the animals. I also put one female deer on the right one, and a male dear on the left one making them look at each other. I also made a 100 foot baby on the moon with a rocket. The baby is tilt over and has a ladder at the end so you can climb up the baby. I added ladders to get on the top of the building with the Grinch and his purple pig.
During this process, I learned how to code in VR and make characters do dances. I also coded them to repeat the dance 100 times on repeat then make a pig go forward and backwards 10 meters. The animals dance when you press play, they'll keep on repeating since I made it "repeat 100 times." There is a female and male deer on two buses about 10 feet apart, if you click "play" they'll act startled but the animation makes it look like they just met. I also learned how to make the animals the perfect size with the enlarge or shrink tool. Also made a Grinch with a rocket he uses to escape off of the moon. Lastly, the rocket goes up quickly in 1000 meters.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to innovative designer because I used a variety of technology like VR, iPod, and my computer. I also designed a VR world using coding on Cospaces. I tested my world first and then made prototypes of the world and codes. I developed the world by duplicating items and making codes that would make my dancing animals do more and my building built together better. Also took pictures of my process making my world and what my world had in it. I designed a crowd of animals to dance while having a dance floor beneath them with a dance ball above them.
A challenge I overcame on this project was coding the animals to dance and copying the colored squares to make a dance floor. I was able to do it by figuring out the actions and getting different colored squares from my classmate (I'm colorblind). I also figured out how to duplicate besides going to the library every 7 seconds to get a new square for my dance floor. I also overcame the ability to make my walls and ceiling equally placed. The glass wall was so you don't go inside with the dancing animals because you're supposed to watch them like a zoo. Also how to make a rocket fly up into the air in a second and how to make my ladders work. I lastly overcame how to make a rocket fly up into the air and make a pig purple plus floating while going forward and backwards 10 meters.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change how the characters and building design look. The reason why I would change it is because the building wasn't equally fully compact and same height, also the animals were poking out of the building. I would also change the coding of how the animals repeated and how the size of the animals plus building were built. Also, I would change how the baby was tilt over and had a ladder at it's feet to climb up onto. I would change how the ladders were built too since it was a mess because I couldn't actually jump. Lastly, I would change the rocket's speed since when you click it, it goes straight up in one second.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the computer programming CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in computer programming. My project connects to careers in coding/video game designer because I coded animals, vampire's, baby's, deer, and a building to repeat the action 100 times and made a rocket fly. My project also connects in computer programming because I programmed animals to dance and made a VR world. I also coded a pig to go forward and backwards 10 meters and a rocket go up 100 meters. I made a VR world that you could play in and make stuff do whatever you want.
