This is the code for the monkey i made to go with the fox. The monkey asks a simple question"what can we do." I put this in to try to pros wade the reader to become more green and to produce less trash.
This is the code for the fox which is the main character in the save the planet slide. The fox is depicted in multiple slides saying how humans are ruining the environment.
Using Scratch, I created and informational passion project about the effect humans have on the environment because i truly believe that if we don't take action now we wont have a planet to save in the future.
During this process, I learned how to make two sprites appear in the same environment.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to empowered learner because i had to learn the effects humans had on the environment.
A challenge I overcame on this project was i couldn't figure out how to make both of the sprites depicted in the slide appear in on same slide . I was able to do it by watching one of the videos in the csfirst website.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change what the sprites would say. The reason why I would change it is because the wording i use didn't bring the right emotion across to the audience .
