Using the micro bit, a cord to connect to the pc, and the pc, I created different codes on the micro bit because it is a good way to start coding_.
During this process, I learned how to make codes on the computer and download it to the micro bit.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to knowledge constructor because I learned how to use the micro bit and download different codes on to it.
A challenge I overcame on this project was not knowing a single thing about how to use micro bits. I was able to do it by watching my peers and watching tutorials on how to do different codes .
Given a chance to do this again, I would change my projects. The reason why I would change it is because they were kind of easy and I want a challenge_.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the computer programing CTE program at Hastings High School.
My project connects to careers in computer programming because I learned how to program a micro bit with different codes and projects.
