today we made our 7p4 website and did our 10 ideas and planning questions.

we picked our ideas and started to create them. i picked idea 4

Reflection
Using the computer, iPad, merge cube, CoSpaces, I movie, I created a six sided digital story that people could watch around the world. The story's called. "The poisonous gerbil infestation" because I thought it would be like the zombie apocalypse, but with gerbils. I also feel like this story could fit the criteria for me to get a good grade.
During this process, I learned to not give up. To ask questions if I need help. Then best of all BE CREATIVE with it.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Global Collaborator because I used tools to help my understanding on the project. I also used them to help me design my project and what is was gonna be about. In addition I also posted my story on my website for the whole world to see.
A challenge I overcame on this project was how to turn the cube to the bottom. I was able to do it by watching videos and asking questions, having people walk me through it also. Another challenge I overcame was how to use the tools i was given by experimenting with them, using them in different ways to improve my project.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the plot of the story. The reason why I would change it is because I feel like I could be more creative with. I also think I could've added way more interesting things to it like animating my characters to do different things instead of them being stationary.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Digital Multimedia CTE program at Hastings High School. It connects to digital multimedia because is uses aspects of digital multimedia.
My project connects to careers in Augmented & Virtual Reality Engineer because I created a digital reality. I edited my story to how I liked it and used many different characters and things in my story. I also planned out what my story was gonna be about.
