7P7-Cicuit Playground

Using a circuit, I created digital coding of music I really wanted to create music on my circuit.

During this process, I learned that there is a limit to what you can do. For example, during Hot Cross Buns it pause after the first seven notes.

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Knowledge constructor because this was my first time working with a Circuit playground Circuit. It is also because I had to learn from videos and tutorials on the internet and the app we used.

A challenge I overcame on this project was not having a circuit one day. I was able to do it by keeping the code on my computer and waiting until tomorrow to test it.

Given a chance to do this again, I would change the color of my circuit. The reason why I would change it is because the background for all the music is the same and it would have looked better if they were different.

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the Computer programming CTE program at Hastings High School.
