Planning Questions
I am working by my self
I will need cardboard, string, and hot glue
I plan to create a house
The unique quality of this project is the string
Daily Log
Day 1: Worked on my website and list of 25
Day 2: Gathered all the materials I needed and measured the cardboard so it wasn't lopsided
Day 3: Hot glued the walls and getting the roof on , put on the string, and started the door and window
The walls
The side of the roof with the string
The roof
The Whole House
Using cardboard, I created a house because it just clicked and was the first thing I thought of.
During this process, I learned if you don't measure the sides the house will look lopsided then you got to redo it.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Knowledge Constructor, because I had to gather resources and use the internet to find answers about my questions like do I need toothpicks and do we need even cardboard pieces.
A challenge I overcame on this project was cutting the doors and windows out. I was able to do it by using a tooth pick and cardboard scissors.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the size. The reason why I would change it is because it looks to big and looks weird.
