Day 1

I did my 10 good ideas and my planning questions after all that I was messing with the makey makey

started to look up videos on how to make makey makey work with playdough but it failed

I gave up on playdough so I went to use tin foil instead and it actually worked but I did look at a video/tutorial

Using the makey makey, I created a tin foil controller because the play dough didn't work out.
During this process, I learned that the alligator clips actually worked.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Empowered Learner because I wanted to make it with tin foil so I could choose what I wanted.
A challenge I overcame on this project was getting the tin foil buttons work. I was able to do it by Watching a video tutorial.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change The tin foil. The reason why I would change it is because It was too small but i would make it bigger.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Engineering Design CTE program at Hastings High School.
My project connects to careers in engineering and design because I tried to make playdough into a control but it didn't so I did tin foil.

Made my video today and made my reflection i really enjoyed this project.
