I made my list of 10 and filled out my planning questions
I tried making the game blow away took me a bit to make I didn't get to test it because i ran out of time.
I continued with the game blow away it didn't work on my micro bit so it turned too be a fail but I made the game hot potato which worked. Decided to start Tug of led tomorrow.
Todaay i started tug of war is was easy to make and i went against Aylee and won!! I finsihed tug of led and made its video.
Today I finshed with the micro bit and made a dice with it as my final game with it. I did my reflection and uploaded my videos today and photos.
Using the Micro bit, iPad, and my computer to code, I created Mini games on the micro bit like Tug of Led, Hot Potato, and a dice because I wanted to make mini games on the micro bit and playing on it with my friends.
During this process, I learned how to code with a micro bit on the computer and play games on the micro bit. I also learned that
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Empowered Learner because I chose what games I wanted to make and whatever I wanted to make on the Micro bit .
A challenge I overcame on this project was Finding what games to choose. And when I was done with one of my games I realized that it wouldn't work because I didn't have a micro bit v2. I was able to do it by Choosing games that work with the Micro bit and chose games that I enjoyed.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the time limit. The reason why I would change it is because I ended up doing the project 1 day late I could have added more games I liked.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, and Marketing. My project connects to the Computer Programming CTE program at Hastings High School.
My project connects to careers in Software Developer (C#/C++) because I can be able to code different things and work with different people for help and learn different things. .
