Day 1

I set up my iPad and started to look at some pictures.

Day 2

Today I found a lot of Pictures for my movie and I found cool effects on iMovie

Day 3

I put my images that i chose and put them in iMovie I also selected song for the music background.

Day 4

Finished all my movie i voice overed too. I also added more sound effects.

My Reflection:

Using My iPad and iMovie, I created A video about 8th grade me not 7th grade me because People can learn about 8th grade me instead of looking back at my 7th grade old self. And to see how much I changed from 7th grade.
During this process, I learned how to edit a video about me and saw all the music and goofy sound effects I can add. I also learned on how much I changed from 7th grade to 8th grade, I learned how to use iMovie and use different transition.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Empowered Learner because I decided what tools to use in iMovie and i was able to use iMovie by Myself using the resources I learned in 7th grade.
A challenge I overcame on this project was Finding 13 images. I was able to do it by Looking up random things I enjoy in Life.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change The sound effects on my video. The reason why I would change it is because I would change some sound effects and maybe add more to my video.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, and Marketing. My project connects to the Digital Multimedia CTE program at Hastings High School.
My project connects to careers in video editing because I know how to edit Videos and move things around without deleting anything. One example of a job/ career is Digital Video Editing Teacher I Can teach people how to edit.
