I will need my iPad, legos, the app imotion and imovie, and my computer.
What is your plan to create in this project?
Something fun with my friends that we can all agree on making

Today we where making ideas and decided to make people hiking

I made a wagon/Car by myself it was a sucsess. And my group made progress

we continued to build and we where on our 2nd platform of the lego settings and made our 3rd platform.

Today we built again and Annelise finished our 3rd platform of the setting. and we started imotion today.

Today we continued with iMotion and finished half of the story.

Today I edited the parts to be at the right place because they were mixed all over and voiced over it with Annelise and Aylee then we finished. I began my reflection today too.

Using legos, iMotion, iMovie, and my iPad, I created a stop motion of a family hike because I wanted to work in a group and make something creative that maybe no one else has done.
During this process, I learned that moving the legos little by little took a lot of time and i learned how to edit the parts where iMotion mixed up the photos.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Creative Communicator because i worked in a group project and use the tools we had to make something creative out of it. We also communicated during the scenes on how to make our project better.
A challenge I overcame on this project was editing the misplaced parts to the correct order. I was able to do it by using iMovie to edit and cut out the parts and drag them to the place they needed to be.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the time we had on building. The reason why I would change it is because we spent more time building than making the video.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, and Marketing. My project connects to the Digital Multimedia CTE program at Hastings High School.
My project connects to careers in Digital Multimedia designer because I was able to build it and create it's video with a voice over.
