Reflection:

• Using iMovie, I created a video about what I like because I like basketball, fishing, and cars. I added pictures of fishing lures, a car, a basketball hoop, a basketball, a fish, and fishing rods. Basketball and fishing are entertaining. 

• During this process, I learned how to filter my images and use my time more efficiently. I completed this project in four days instead of seven. 

• The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative Designer because I wanted to make a video about cars and sports. I also chose what sound effects I wanted in my video.

• A challenge I overcame on this project was how big the pictures I had first. I was able to do it by finding new pictures. The sound effects were wiped with the pictures but I added them back. 

• Given a chance to do this again, I would change the background music and a couple of the sound effects. The reason why I would change it is because the sound effects were a little boring. The background music was not that interesting. 

• Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, and Marketing.  My project connects to the Digital Multimedia CTE program at Hastings High School. 

• My project connects to careers in video content creator because they make movies/ videos that people can watch and it's entertaining. A content developer makes an average salary of $51,994. Content developers usually use YouTube, TikTok, and other social media.
