I had my intro about Micro bit and i made my list of 10.

I start to work on my reflection for my project.

Reflection

Using Micro Bit, iPad, and PC, I created a step counter because I thought a step counter would be an excellent tool to track your daily steps if you are walking a lot more than you think and have it as a project.
During this process, I learned that a step counter needs to have a good sensitivity for tracking the steps because if it at a bad sensitivity then the project is ruined.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative Designer because I chose what to make for my project and complained if it was a good idea or not.
A challenge I overcame on this project was to make the speakers work. I was able to do it by having help from a friend and getting the right speaker.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change all the coding for resetting the steps. The reason why I would change it is because I thought it was not good and I could do better.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Computer Programming CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in IT Technical Support Specialist.
