Using hot wheel tracks and cars, I created a hot wheel race track to race the hot wheel cars, because we wanted to work on angles and velocity of the track and cars. Another thing was that we wanted to do something that involves teamwork.

During this process, I learned how to do a 140 degree angle. I also learned how to get the perfect speed so it doesn't go to fast but not too slow. One last thing that my partner and I learned is to use teamwork to make a track.

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Computational thinker because we developed a track but had to problem solve and fix parts of the track.

A challenge I overcame on this project was getting the car to do a 140 degree turn. I was able to do it by using the track supporters and do a lot of practice runs. Another challenge was keeping a good speed so we don't over shoot the track.

Given a chance to do this again, I would change the size of the project and the speed of the car. The reason why I would change it is because the size of the track was pretty small the we felt that the car was not moving super fast.
