Classroom standards

We have the power to set or make our own goals. We can focus on the important things like exploring new things with tech. If we don’t explore new things and learn new things then we can’t do more advanced stuff later. Later in life we will need to be able to EX: calculate taxes. We will need to be able to do this so we are not in debt. I can focus on learning new ways to do new things. 

Being a good digital citizen is probably a good thing to learn how to be. Being a bad digital citizen is something you would need to improve on because some things you do on the internet might stay there if you are not careful. If you do something bad bad then you might be in big trouble if someone finds out. The safe thing to do when on the internet is to stay out of other people’s personal stuff. If you don’t want other people to go through and find ways to make you not feel safe then don’t do it to other people.

I can use a variety of sources when doing research by not using google but the sites on google/ the links it gives you to use. I can build knowledge by actively exploring real world issues and problems and solve them by using ideas and theories. If you are struggling on a digital project then use google YouTube or ask others use a variety of tools.

I can stay with a task until it is completed by listening on how to do something, looking around at others and gathering information on how to do that thing. If I look around I don’t want to invade their personal ideas so after I look I want to make sure I don’t copy it completely. If you want to copy it then it might be wise to ask if you can copy the person's work.

I can brainstorm solutions to problems by breaking problems into smaller component parts. Then use a sequence of steps to create a solution. Then if that doesn't work then you can extract key information ad then develop new ways to solve your problem. Just try to develop strategies to help fix problems and if you can ask a friend for help to. 

Students can use certain tools or communication tools to communicate with other people and adults. Communicate in different ways to help each other and if you help each other then you can help each other get ideas for projects. Sare your models and visualizations. If you get the proper help then in the future then you can help others that didn’t get the project done that they needed to get done.

Students can engage to help them learn more about something. You can use collaborative technology. I can use a variety of digital tools if needed. I can also use digital tools to connect with learners. From variety backgrounds, cultures, engaging these things are very important to use to help you learn from and about other learners.
