What materials will you need for your project?
I will need the CoSpaces, merge cube, iPad, and my computer.
What is your plan to create in this project?
I'm planning to make something kind of funny/fun or something mysterious.
What unique qualities will your project have?
I will make a one of a kind story that maybe one other person might have.
Day1- I got the planning questions, list of ten, and I looked at the sit to see what I'm working with.
Day2- I animated my first scene and I got done the first scene to my zoo. I choose the zoo cause that was my favorite place to go when I was little.
day3- I got all the sides almost done.
Day4- I got done with my scenes and then my iPad didn't work so I couldnt see it on the cube.
Day5-today I grouped everything to the cube then I got on my iPad and then got to see my work and it's pretty cool.
Day6-I wasn't here this day.
Day7-Today I got my movie done and I got the rest of my logs done that I needed to.
My Movie 14.movUsing a merge cube, computer, an iPad, and CoSpaces, I created a story about a zoo because I used to love going to the zoo all of the time and I knew it would be cool to make a zoo with all of the animals moving around and having a bunch of people looking at them.
During this process, I learned how to use my merge cube and create a very beautiful piece of art that would show something about what I know how to do. I had fun creating this because I thought it would be a one of a kind project it had a lot of programing and measuring to do to get it to work.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Global Collaborator because I made a site, then I made my Augmented Reality story then I shared it with the world by putting it on this site that is shared with world.
A challenge I overcame on this project was trying to get my screen recording done so I could finish my video. I was able to do it by figuring out what button to click to get a log in code then I used it to finally get my movie done. And then I put my movie and all of my other stuff onto my site.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change what story I did and how I made the people move. The reason why I would change it is because I know how to move the people and how to animate how they can do stuff.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Digital Multimedia CTE program at Hastings High School.
My project connects to careers in Computer Programing because I got to code thing to move when I hit play and then I got to use a merge cube to complete my project. I used to merge cube and an iPad to make the movie by screen sharing, then making an iMovie and putting in voice recordings.
