DAY 1 I learns how to use i robot coding

DAY 2 I was able to make the robot say the first 2 letters of my name

DAY 3 I made the robot say my full nickname and my friends helped with the video

DAY 4 I learned how to manipulate the dash robot and use its code 

DAY 5 I was able to attempt the wheel toss with the dash robot 

DAY 8  i was not here for 2 days but i am learning how to use the sphereo mini and another robot 

DAY 9 i figured out how to code the sphearo robots and i am attempting to create shapes

DAY 10 I am working on coding the sphereo mini to make a square

DAY 11   I added the video of the sphereo mini to my website and worked on coding the bolt robot 

 DAY 12 I finished the bolt robot and added it to the website

 DAY 13  For my own design I made 2 robots race  and took the video and added it to my website

• Using iRobot, sphereo mini, dash robot, and sphearo bolt, I created 5 different parts of tis project one of them being my own i used the sphearo bolt and one of my friends to do a coded race because I thought it would be cool to se to robots race.

• During this process, I learned Robot coding in how to make them move, talk, change color, and race.

• The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to innovative designer and creative communicator because i worked with people to create some parts of my project and i was able to learn how to control robots .

• A challenge I overcame on this project was making the party bomb. I was able to do it by asking friends for help and watching tutorials on how to code them.

• Given a chance to do this again, I would change how i did the wheel toss with the Dash robot. The reason why I would change it is because the code to do it wasn't that good and it didn't go as far as I wanted.

• Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the Computer programing CTE program at Hastings High School.  My project connects to careers in.
